Applications Being Accepted for MGCP Program
Dr. Patrick Cohn, a national expert in "mental game" coaching, is now offering coaches, psychologists, athletic trainers, and sport psychologists a one-of-a-kind certification program that will allow them to become "certified" as mental game coaches. Under the Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP) certification program, qualifying participants take part in a 10 or 20 week teleclass. Coaches learn how to use the methods in sports psychology to help athletes build confidence, enhance their focusing skills, improve teamwork, build communication skills and maximize their performance. The course material is based on Dr. Cohn's 15 years' experience teaching athletes how to build confidence and "get in the zone." For more information of the MGCP program, visit the MGCP web site.
Programs for NASCAR & CART Drivers and Teams
Dr. Cohn now works with NASCAR and CART drivers and teams on the psychology of racing.
