RacePsych & Peaksports.com Work with Formula BMW
RacePsych by Peak Performance Sports conducted a racing psychology and sports psychology seminar for Formula BMW USA drivers in association with Jim Leo of Pit Fit training out of Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Cohn conducted a one-hour mental training seminar for racers to enhance mental game skills and improve confidence, concentration, and trust in racing for race drivers and teams. Peaksports.com Launches "The Ultimate Sports Parent"
The Ultimate Sports Parent (www.youthsportspsychology.com), a youth sports psychology website launched this month by Dr. Cohn and award-winning parenting writer Lisa Cohn, aims to help provide kids with a more enjoyable experience in sports by giving parents and coaches tips for building confidence and happiness in young athletes. The Ultimate Sports Parent now offers a free e-book that provides ten tips for boosting kids' confidence and success in youth sports. This month, the pair also launched an Internet radio show, "Ultimate Sports Parent Radio," in conjunction with Showtime Athletics, a youth sports organization in Portland, Ore. In the future, The Ultimate Sports Parent will offer a workbook and audio designed to improve kids' confidence and success.
