COHN: “What you’re really talking about is inconsistency from day to day in your performance. If your skills are equal, then I would say that it’s probably your mental game that’s affecting you. A couple of things that you want to look at. First of all, I want to know what is your pre-match routine. What are you doing to get prepared mentally for the match and do you have a consistent routine? For me, a tenant in mental coaching is consistent mental preparation leads to consistent performance…”
