I had a question that came up. In doing the exercise about flow specifically, I realized I have experienced flow in two different ways that seem to be complete opposite. One is where my focus is outward and the feeling is powerful and aggressive&#8230; The other feeling is more internal and the focus is more of a controlled response that results in a zen like experience, cerebral and creative but not as passionate. I don&#8217;t know which one to follow or develop. Do you have any recommendations?'&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COHN<\/strong>: &#8220;Jerome, thanks for the question. I have to say this is the first time I&#8217;ve received this type of question. Let&#8217;s talk basically about what is flow&#8230; Flow is a state of being totally immersed in what you are doing.
