Sound Familiar?

Is Your Mental Game Costing You Podium Finishes?

You have the car, the crew, and the skill. But if your race-day performance doesn’t match what you can do in practice or testing, the problem isn’t mechanical — it’s mental.

  • Your lap times in practice are consistently faster than your lap times in races.
  • You lose focus or freeze under pressure during critical moments on track.
  • One mistake early in a race spirals into a string of poor laps.
  • You second-guess decisions — braking points, passing opportunities, pit strategy.
  • Confidence disappears after a DNF or a bad qualifying session.

What You’ll Develop

Get the Mental Edge on the Track

Through one-on-one Zoom coaching, you’ll develop the mental skills that separate consistent podium finishers from the rest of the field.

  • Develop prerace routines to enter every race in the zone — focused, composed, and aggressive.
  • Maintain composure and refocus instantly after on-track mistakes or contact.
  • Take your practice and testing lap times into races consistently.
  • Build self-confidence that holds up under race-day pressure — qualifying, starts, restarts.
  • Manage distractions — competitors, weather, crowd noise, team radio — with laser-like focus.
  • Stay committed and aggressive through the full race distance without mental fatigue.

How Virtual Coaching Works for Racers

Three Steps to a Stronger Mental Game

Every program follows a structured, proven system — delivered entirely via Zoom, scheduled around your race calendar.

Step 01

Assessment

You complete the Drivers Mental Aptitude Assessment (DMAP) so we can pinpoint your specific mental game strengths and weaknesses behind the wheel.

Step 02

Weekly Zoom Coaching

Your coach builds a custom mental game plan and you meet weekly via Zoom — developing prerace routines, in-car focus techniques, and post-race debriefs.

Step 03

Track Application

Between sessions, you work through audio programs and the Athlete’s Mental Edge Workbooks to apply what you’re learning directly at the track.
