About Patrick J. Cohn, Ph.D.
Dr. Patrick Cohn is a master mental training expert at Peak Performance Sports. Dr. Cohn works with athletes and teams worldwide from a variety of sport backgrounds including volleyball players and coaches. As the president and founder of Peak Performance Sports (Orlando, Florida), Dr. Patrick J. Cohn is dedicated to instilling confidence and composure, and teaching effective mental game skills to help volleyball players and teams perform at maximum levels.
In addition to working with volleyball players and teams, Dr. Cohn teaches parents, coaches, and athletic trainers how to help volleyball players achieve peak performance through mental game skills.
Dr. Cohn has helped 1000s of athletes over the past 25 years to improve their mental toughness and get the mental edge. Dr. Cohn earned a Ph.D. in Sports Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is also the creator of the Mental Game Coaching Professional Certification.
About Megan Melchiorre, Psy.D.
Mental training expert, Dr. Megan Melchiorre, specializes in sports psychology strategies for volleyball players and all athletes. She has worked with youth, junior, high school, college, and professional volleyball players and teams. She is a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP) and is the director of mental game coaching at Peak Performance Sports. She joined Peak Performance Sports to work with youth, junior, and high school aged athletes on mental toughness.
Dr. Megan has 25 years of experience in the sport environment, being an athlete, coach, and mental coach. She was a participant in numerous sports including collegiate volleyball at Peace College in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Megan earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Sport Psychology focus from California Southern University. She has also coached club and high school volleyball for several years. Dr. Megan works with junior, high school, and collegiate athletes to improve their confidence, focus, and other mental game challenges that block success.
