Why Work with Peak Performance Sports?
Our MGCP certified Mental Performance Coaches have a combined 40 years of experience teaching mental skills to athletes and improving performance.
To accelerate learning of mental skills, you receive our exclusive sports-specific workbook and audio programs and provide ongoing education after the coaching ends.
You have the option to schedule coaching sessions in person or virtually via video conference from anywhere in the world.
You have the flexibility to schedule coaching sessions during a 12 hour time block from 8:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time.
For HS and junior athletes, parents receive an additional 30-minute parent coaching session to help you best support your athlete. You’ll also receive additional parent-specific resources.
We measure your progress—from start to finish—using our exclusive pre and post-coaching assessment during the mental coaching program.
Our mental performances coaches were all athletes from junior to collegiate level and understand the competitive environment.
About the Mental Game Coaching Process
1. You’ll receive two mental game assessments to complete prior to the start of coaching including: the GMAP & AMAT pre-coaching test.
2. Once you send in the completed forms, we’ll schedule the first session at a time that works for you (or your athlete).
3. Each week is a 45-minute session with your mental coach (30-minute session for youth athletes) in Windermere, FL or via Zoom/FaceTime from anywhere in the world.
4. Athletes complete a workbook and/or listen to an audio program between each session to help apply mental game skills.
5. Monthly programs are month-to-month and renew each month. Pause anytime prior to renewal.
*Parents: If your athlete is 15 years old or younger, we strongly suggest you schedule a free 15-minute introductory session to see if mental coaching is a good fit for your athlete.
