Patrick Cohn, Ph.D., Mental Coach to Professional Athletes

He is the owner and founder of Peak Performance Sports. He received a Master degree in sports psychology from California State University Fullerton with Dr. Ken Ravizza and a Ph.D. from The University of Virginia with Dr. Bob Rotella specializing in Sports Psychology.
He’s worked with athletes and teams for over 30 years including the Miami Dolphins, NASCAR winners, NHL, and NFL Players, National Motocross Champions, as well as PGA Tour professional golfers. Dr. Cohn also mentors coaches, therapists, life coaches, and mental coaches in the field of mental performance coaching via his Sports Psychology Certification Program.
Today, Dr. Cohn specializes in working with professional athletes in all sports, motorsports athletes, golfers, and day traders.
Jaclyn Ellis, M.S., MGCP, Mental Coach to Collegiate and High School Athletes

Jaclyn is a mental performance coach for Peak Performance Sports. She earned a Master’s degree from Illinois State University. She competed in soccer, volleyball, and tennis and was a competitive youth head soccer coach in Bloomington, IL.
She is a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP) with Peak Performance Sports, LLC. And she’s completing the requirements to be a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through AASP.
Coach Jaclyn specializes in mental performance coaching with High School and College level athletes in all sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, golf, hockey, lacrosse, gymnastics, cheer, dance, cross country, wrestling, football, and American Ninja Warrior athletes.
Lane Schwartz, M.S., Mental Performance Coach

Lane Schwarz is a mental performance coach with a Master of Science in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he carried a perfect 4.0 GPA. Lane is working toward earning his Certified Mental Performance Coach (CMPC) designation through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and is completing the Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP) certification, trained directly by Dr. Patrick Cohn of Peak Performance Sports, LLC.
Lane brings hands-on experience working with athletes at every level. Through the Center for Sport and Performance Psychology at Minnesota State, he has worked with individual and group mental performance coaching with high school, collegiate, and ROTC athletes. Lane has worked with athletes in baseball, track and field, cross country, golf, hockey, tennis, gymnastics, soccer, motocross, and wrestling.
Carolyne Lawley, M.S., Mental Coach to Collegiate Athletes

Carolyne is a mental performance coach for Peak Performance Sports. She earned a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of North Texas. She played collegiate basketball and was also a competitive track and field athlete in high school. Following college, she continued her athletic career by playing two years of professional basketball in Europe.
Carolyne has coached basketball and track at both the youth and high school levels. She is currently completing the requirements to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through AASP, as well as a Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP) with Peak Performance Sports, LLC. Dallas Jackson, MGCP, Mental Performance Coach

Dallas Jackson is a Mental Performance Coach with Peak Performance Sports and a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP). A CPGA member and former professional golfer, Dallas combines elite playing experience with extensive mental game expertise to help athletes at every level perform with confidence and trust.
Dallas specializes in golf mental performance coaching, including the golf yips, preshot routines, managing pressure, and building the consistent mindset needed to score your best. He also specializes in mental performance coaching with athletes in baseball, softball, hockey, and tennis at the youth elite, junior, and professional levels — delivering individual sessions as well as team and small group mental training.
