What is Mental Performance Coaching for Martial Arts & Boxing?
Martial arts and boxing mental performance coaching is one-on-one virtual training that helps competitors overcome the mental barriers, such as pre-fight anxiety, fear of getting hit, hesitation at critical moments, loss of focus mid-fight, and the inability to execute under pressure, that prevent them from competing to their potential. At Peak Performance Sports, certified mental performance coaches work with MMA, boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, judo, karate, and all martial arts competitors using the Athlete’s Mental Edge Framework and the Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to build a personalized mental game plan. Programs are available for amateur through professional fighters worldwide.

→”My gym performance is far better than my competition performance.”
Real Results from Real Athletes
“Thanks a lot for your help with the mental coaching. I’m so happy I won against David Allen. I was nervous earlier in the day, but when I got to the arena, I was so calm and ready to trust in my skills. I was patient and stuck to the game plan.”*
~David Price, Boxer
