“I start off being very positive looking forward to the round. I warm up and start to play the tournament, and, on each shot, I anticipated to have a great result–but don’t. Then doubt creeps in on the next shot and the next hole sometimes. I think: Why am I out here being so negative when I was looking so forward to the round.”

COHN: The key to golf is what I call stable confidence, and not allowing one or two shots to derail you. Unfortunately, a lot of the golfers that I work with, they tend to doubt and have fragile confidence. key to golf is what I call stable confidence, and not allowing one or two shots to derail you. When you can’t play consistently as well as when you play a practice or casual round–or your range game is way better than your game on the course. The Golfer’s Mental Edge 2.0 Audio and Workbook program is ideal for any amateur, collegiate, junior, and tour professional golfer.
